On Strike!?

I have decided I am on strike. I want a piece on information from a person. They refuse to give it.

What does this mean at the moment?

I am not sure, but it does have some immediate implications...
1) I am not going to share information
2) I am not going to helping troubleshoot
3) I am not going to be available for consultations

somethings that have been identified as 'outside the strike' have been job related questions and responsibilities...
